Dinner
Named for one of my favorite TV characters. Baby back ribs, balsamic, rosemary, garlic and a bit of honey with a kick of heat from a pinch of hot pepper. This recipe melts in your mouth and is a cure-all for anyone intimidated by cooking ribs.

Simple Asparagus Pasta
This tall, pencil like vegetable is a nutritional giant. Asparagus is an excellent source of vitamin K, the B vitamin folate, vitamin C, and vitamin A. It is so simple to prepare. Kids love asparagus too, so start them early!

The fantastic and nutritious coating for the nuggets is great on everything from chicken, to fish to veggies. Asparagus and squash are great with this. You can roast your favorite veggies along side the nuggets on the same sheet pan.

Lemony Zucchini and Basil Quinoa Pilaf with Chicken
Quinoa is a superfood that has all 8 amino acids and couldn’t be easier to prepare. It is also high in protein. Toasting the quinoa in a dry pan then rinsing it gives more depth to the flavor.

White Bean, Sage and Beef (or Lamb) Stew
