While on the Master Cleanse diet you do not eat, only drink the special "lemonade." See http://themastercleanse.org/ for more info. Please check with your doctor to make sure it is OK for you. Good luck! The first few days can be rough, but it gets better. I only did it for 7 days....I couldn't make it for 10!
